Which credit cards does Grand Beyazit Hotel accept?


We accept Visa and Master Card credit cards. We do not accept Traveller’s Cheques. We can charge Euro currency to Visa and Master Cards. We apply daily exchange rates announced by Turkish Central Bank.

Is the room rate per person or per room?


All of our rooms have a king size bed only, except for the Queen Panoramic with Terrace which has a queen size bed. Therefore, the room rate is the same whether it is occupied by 1 or 2 persons.

Are breakfast and taxes included in the room rates?


Yes, they are included. We have no hidden costs.

Does Grand Beyazıt Hotel have fitness or jogging facilities?


We do not have a fitness center inside the hotel.

Can Grand Beyazit Hotel arrange an airport pick-up service?


Of course we can. You can tick the relevant box while making your online reservation, or you can send your request by mail to the Grand Beyazit Hotel front desk.

Does Grand Beyazit Hotel have a car park?


Hotel Grand Beyazit Hotel doesn’t have a car park, but we will park your car on the street or in a privately owned car park for you, free of charge.

Can I use my mobile phone in Istanbul?


Of course you can. Either check the roaming details of your current mobile operator or use a Turkish SIM card. The choice is yours of course. If you would like to obtain a local SIM card, please check out the major Turkish mobile operator sales offices (Vodafone, Turkcell or Turk Telekom) at the airport for advice and the latest promotions.

How far is Hotel Villa Zurich from Sultanahmet (old city), Taksim and the Bosphorus?


Sultanahmet is only a 20 minutes walk away and Taksim is only a 10 minutes tram ride from the Grand Beyazit Hotel. You can reach to start of Bosphorus in 5 minutes on foot.

Is it safe to walk to the hotel at night?


Since the hotel is located in a residential area, the hotel surroundings are generally safer than other (sightseeing focused) parts of Istanbul.
